Meet Our Founder/Consultant
Dr Chidinma Therese Odaghara
One of the proudest achievements of my life has been becoming a Law lecturer and researcher despite significant personal and systemic challenges. Like many aspiring professionals, I began my career with ambition but without a defined pathway. My academic and career trajectory has been shaped by prolonged university industrial action and seasons of dryness without a clear road map for navigating opportunities. Rather than defining my career, however, they strengthened my resilience, determination, and commitment to academic and career excellence. Ultimately, I have had to seek out mentors, learn through experience, ask difficult questions, and actively search for opportunities that were often neither visible nor easily accessible. That journey fundamentally shaped who I am today. It taught me that talent alone is not enough; people also need guidance, access to information, and the right support at the right time. I came to appreciate the transformative role that mentors, educators, and professional networks can play in opening doors and building confidence. Donarese Pathfinders was born out of my own experience as a young woman navigating academic and career pathways and finding a purpose in life.
I am deeply passionate about widening access to education and creating opportunities for individuals to thrive across borders. Donarese Pathfinders is a global education and talent mobility company that is dedicated to connecting students and professionals with transformative educational, career, and international opportunities.
